Kendall is a Partner at Frazier VC, where he has spent the last seven years leveraging his background as a founder and operator to scale the firm’s portfolio. Before joining the investment team, he served as the Co-founder and CEO of EmployeeReferrals, a talent acquisition platform. His career is marked by a series of leadership roles in the Utah tech ecosystem, including serving as VP of SBFC Law Group (now Nav.com), Director of Marketing at Lendio, and co-founder of Internet Marketing Gurus. Kendall holds a BA in Business with an emphasis in Information Systems from Brigham Young University, allowing him to provide founders with a unique blend of technical systems knowledge and proven go-to-market expertise.
