Converus
Frazier VC made multiple primary investments in Converus, Inc. from 2017 through 2024. Converus, based in Lehi, Utah, develops credibility assessment technologies including EyeDetect for deception detection and IdentityDetect for identity verification.


Cubcoats
Frazier VC invested in Cubcoats (Peak Theory, Inc.) through multiple primary investments between 2018 and 2022. Cubcoats is a Los Angeles-based children’s consumer brand known for combining play and apparel into a character-driven product line.


eVisit
Frazier VC invested in eVisit, Inc. through multiple Seed financings, a secondary purchase, and a Series B investment between 2017 and 2021. eVisit, based in Mesa, Arizona, builds virtual care software that helps health systems manage digital visits, intake, scheduling, and care coordination.


GoSkip
Frazier VC invested in GoSkip through a primary Seed investment in January 2018. GoSkip, based in South Jordan, Utah, built mobile checkout and self-checkout software and was later acquired by Standard AI.

Frazier VC invested in Operational Results through a primary Seed round investment in October 2015. Operational Results, based in Alpine, Utah, builds S&OP and integrated business planning software for enterprise supply chain teams.

Frazier VC invested in Opiniion, Inc. through primary Seed investments in December 2020 and May 2021. Opiniion, based in Lindon, Utah, builds resident engagement and reputation management software for multifamily property operators.


Pathology Watch
Frazier VC invested in PathologyWatch through a primary Series B investment in November 2021. PathologyWatch, based in Salt Lake City, Utah, provides an end-to-end digital dermatopathology platform designed to digitize biopsy workflows and improve diagnostic turnaround.


PhotoPharmics

Zane Benefits
Frazier VC invested in Zane Benefits, now known as PeopleKeep, through primary Seed round purchases in September 2015 and March 2019. The Park City, Utah company built benefits administration software focused on health reimbursement arrangements for small and midsize employers.


TruHearing
Frazier VC invested in TruHearing through Fund I via a secondary purchase in December 2013. TruHearing, based in Draper, Utah, provides hearing healthcare benefits and managed care solutions and later entered a strategic transaction with Sivantos.


Stance
Frazier VC invested in Stance through Fund I via multiple secondary purchases in 2014. Stance, based in San Clemente, California, built a premium lifestyle apparel brand best known for redefining the sock category before its acquisition by Marquee Brands in 2025.


SpinGo
Frazier VC invested in SpinGo through Fund I via secondary purchases in April 2014, December 2015, and July 2016. SpinGo, based in Draper, Utah, built event discovery, marketing, and management software and was later acquired by Events.com.


SOASTA
Frazier VC invested in SOASTA through Fund I via a secondary purchase in January 2016. SOASTA, based in Mountain View, California, built cloud testing and digital performance management software and was later acquired by Akamai in 2017.


SilencerCo
Frazier VC invested in SilencerCo through Fund I via multiple secondary purchases between 2014 and 2019. SilencerCo, based in West Valley City, Utah, designs and manufactures suppressors and related shooting products.


Sidewalk
Frazier VC invested in Sidewalk through Fund I via several secondary purchases in 2014 and again in 2017. Sidewalk, based in Ogden, Utah, built software and services for campus bookstores, textbook rentals, and student affordability.


SaltStack
Frazier VC invested in SaltStack through Fund I via secondary purchases in September 2016 and June 2018. SaltStack, based in Lehi, Utah, built infrastructure automation and security software before its acquisition by VMware in 2020.


Jive Communications
Frazier VC invested in Jive Communications through Fund I via a secondary purchase in October 2016. Jive Communications, based in Orem, Utah, built cloud phone systems and unified communications software before its acquisition by LogMeIn in 2018.


Infusion Soft
Frazier VC invested in Infusionsoft, now known as Keap, through Fund I via a secondary purchase in December 2014. The Chandler, Arizona company built CRM and sales and marketing automation software for small businesses and was later acquired by Thryv in 2024.


Goal Zero
Frazier VC invested in Goal Zero through Fund I via a secondary purchase in November 2013. Goal Zero, a Utah-based portable power company, built solar and backup energy products for outdoor, off-grid, and emergency use before its acquisition by NRG Energy.


Cradlepoint
Frazier VC invested in Cradlepoint through Fund I via secondary purchases in March 2014 and October 2014. Cradlepoint, based in Boise, Idaho, built enterprise wireless WAN and edge networking solutions before its $1.1 billion acquisition by Ericsson in 2020.


Alliance Health
Frazier VC invested in Alliance Health through Fund I secondary purchases in June 2015 and April 2017. Alliance Health, publicly associated with Alliance Health Networks in Salt Lake City, built condition-specific digital health communities and patient engagement tools, and had previously raised venture capital and acquired Medify.


PierianDx
Frazier VC invested in PierianDx, Inc. through both primary and secondary purchases in June 2021, including a primary investment and a Fund III secondary purchase. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, PierianDx provides clinical genomics software and knowledgebase tools that help labs and healthcare organizations interpret next-generation sequencing data and deliver precision medicine workflows at scale.


ObservePoint
Frazier VC invested in ObservePoint, Inc. through both primary and secondary purchases in 2021, including a primary investment in September 2021 and a Fund III secondary purchase in November 2021. Frazier VC Fund II purchased secondary shares in InMoment in July 2018. Headquartered in the Salt Lake City area, Utah, InMoment provides customer experience technology that helps organizations collect feedback across channels and convert it into actionable insights. This investment has been realized.


Blip
Frazier VC Fund II purchased secondary shares in Blip in August 2019. Based in Orem, Utah, Blip operates a self-serve marketplace for digital billboard and out-of-home advertising, helping businesses launch flexible campaigns while enabling media owners to monetize inventory through software. This investment has been realized.


Lendio
Frazier VC purchased secondary shares in Lendio in December 2019. Based in Lehi, Utah, Lendio operates a small business lending marketplace that helps business owners compare and access financing options through a streamlined application process. This investment has been realized.


TaskEasy
Frazier VC Fund II purchased secondary shares in TaskEasy in June 2019. TaskEasy provided a property maintenance marketplace and workflow platform that helped portfolio owners and managers coordinate recurring services across distributed properties. The investment has been realized.


One Medical
Frazier VC Fund II purchased secondary shares in One Medical in September 2017 and September 2018. Based in San Francisco, One Medical built a membership-based primary care model combining in-person clinics with virtual care. These investments have been realized.


SimPlus
Frazier VC Fund II purchased secondary shares in Simplus in June 2018. Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Simplus was a Salesforce consulting and implementation firm supporting enterprise cloud transformation and complex Salesforce deployments. The investment has been realized following Infosys’ acquisition of Simplus, which was completed on March 13, 2020.


Venafi
Frazier VC invested in Venafi through secondary purchases across multiple funds, with Fund I purchasing secondaries in 2016–2017 and Fund II purchasing secondaries in 2018–2019. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, Venafi built a machine identity security platform focused on protecting certificates, keys, and other non-human identities at enterprise scale. These investments have been realized following CyberArk’s acquisition of Venafi, which was completed on October 1, 2024


Kuali
Frazier VC invested in Kuali, Inc. through both primary and secondary transactions, with Fund III completing a primary and secondary purchase in December 2020. Fund IV later purchased additional secondary shares in November 2023. Nav
Frazier VC has invested in Nav Technologies, Inc. across many primary and secondary purchases beginning in 2014, including participation through convertible notes and Series A exposure.
