Are you in one of our sectors of focus?
We focus on firms that are leading the transition to an AI-first world — primarily in agentic B2B SaaS, Enterprise Software, Healthcare, Fintech, Innovative Tech, and Consumer. However, we will consider exceptional opportunities outside these areas, particularly when a company meets the other criteria we look for.
Stage
Are you at Seed or Series A stage?
We look for companies that have moved beyond the idea stage and are ready to scale — often capital-efficient with $1–5M in revenue.
Geography
Are you headquartered in Utah or the Mountain West?
We’re based in Utah and prioritize local founders, while also investing across the broader Mountain West region. Geography isn’t a hard boundary though. We also co-invest nationally when the fit is right.
