David is Managing Partner of Frazier VC, where he has co-managed the firm's portfolio of private Utah businesses since 2012. He began his career at Bridge Investment Group, joining during a period of rapid growth that took the firm from $60M to $3B in AUM, an experience that shaped his approach to private-market liquidity. Across his career, David has been involved with roughly $49 billion in assets under management, discipline he now brings to Frazier's hands-on partnership with Utah's entrepreneurial community.

David currently serves on the boards of Alianza (as an observer), Luminous, Giv.care, Crave Retail, FindMine, Enhanced AI, and Kuali, and previously served on the board of Zarista, a portfolio that reflects his focus on B2B SaaS, vertical software, and scalable infrastructure platforms.

Beyond his work at Frazier, David co-founded the Lumen Secondary funds, extending his focus on private-market liquidity into a vehicle built for the broader ecosystem.
