Frazier VC invested in Sidewalk through Fund I via several secondary purchases in 2014 and again in 2017. Sidewalk, based in Ogden, Utah, built software and services for campus bookstores, textbook rentals, and student affordability.

Frazier VC invested in SaltStack through Fund I via secondary purchases in September 2016 and June 2018. SaltStack, based in Lehi, Utah, built infrastructure automation and security software before its acquisition by VMware in 2020.

Frazier VC invested in Jive Communications through Fund I via a secondary purchase in October 2016. Jive Communications, based in Orem, Utah, built cloud phone systems and unified communications software before its acquisition by LogMeIn in 2018.

Frazier VC invested in Infusionsoft, now known as Keap, through Fund I via a secondary purchase in December 2014. The Chandler, Arizona company built CRM and sales and marketing automation software for small businesses and was later acquired by Thryv in 2024.

Frazier VC invested in Goal Zero through Fund I via a secondary purchase in November 2013. Goal Zero, a Utah-based portable power company, built solar and backup energy products for outdoor, off-grid, and emergency use before its acquisition by NRG Energy.

Frazier VC invested in Cradlepoint through Fund I via secondary purchases in March 2014 and October 2014. Cradlepoint, based in Boise, Idaho, built enterprise wireless WAN and edge networking solutions before its $1.1 billion acquisition by Ericsson in 2020.

Frazier VC invested in Alliance Health through Fund I secondary purchases in June 2015 and April 2017. Alliance Health, publicly associated with Alliance Health Networks in Salt Lake City, built condition-specific digital health communities and patient engagement tools, and had previously raised venture capital and acquired Medify.

Frazier VC invested in PierianDx, Inc. through both primary and secondary purchases in June 2021, including a primary investment and a Fund III secondary purchase. Based in St. Louis, Missouri, PierianDx provides clinical genomics software and knowledgebase tools that help labs and healthcare organizations interpret next-generation sequencing data and deliver precision medicine workflows at scale.

Frazier VC invested in ObservePoint, Inc. through both primary and secondary purchases in 2021, including a primary investment in September 2021 and a Fund III secondary purchase in November 2021. Frazier VC has invested in Central Logic, Inc. since 2015 through numerous primary and secondary purchases. The firm participated in primary Series B and Series C financings, Fund II purchased secondary shares in 2018 and 2019, and Fund III purchased secondary shares in November 2020. Central Logic provides healthcare access and patient orchestration software that helps health systems manage transfers, capacity visibility, and care logistics across the continuum of care.

Based in Salt Lake City, Utah, Simplus was a Salesforce consulting and implementation firm supporting enterprise cloud transformation and complex Salesforce deployments. The investment has been realized following Infosys’ acquisition of Simplus, which was completed on March 13, 2020.
