Alliance Health, publicly associated with Alliance Health Networks in Salt Lake City, built condition-specific digital health communities and patient engagement tools, and had previously raised venture capital and acquired Medify.

The investment has been realized following Infosys’ acquisition of Simplus, which was completed on March 13, 2020.

Frazier VC invested in Venafi through secondary purchases across multiple funds, with Fund I purchasing secondaries in 2016–2017 and Fund II purchasing secondaries in 2018–2019. Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, Venafi built a machine identity security platform focused on protecting certificates, keys, and other non-human identities at enterprise scale.
